LEADERSHIP is the capacity to translate vision into reality. In order to be a good leader, you have to see what others cannot see. As a Leader, you have to be prepared to go where others will not go. You also have to be ready and prepared to do what others will not do.
You start by having a relationship with God Almighty, through FULL SUBMISSION, PRAYER, and the ability to SEE YOUR VISION.
Write down your VISION, speak your VISION and be prepared to ENDURE what others will not be able to ENDURE, if you want to make a difference or change the world.
Leadership comes with SACRIFICE and lots of PAIN. Be prepared for the Battle.
When you have a VISION that is strong enough and powerful, with God nothing can stand in your way.
You have to SEE YOUR VISION before you can achieve it. This is called FAITH. In order to see correctly you need to be touched by God. Pray always, fast and read the Holy Bible daily.
Write it, speak it, work for it, and be patient for God to perform.
Finally, you will never change the world without conflict and pain.
If you are not HURTING, you are not LEADING!
